Problem is that AMD never made a 64 bit driver for that series of cards and dropped support for them back in late 2006. There is the last 32 bit XP driver for it that does work in Windows 7, but as you already know you have to be running 32 bit Windows to use it. There is no Windows 7 support for the ATI 9250.
